What is Pre-order?
1. An order for items which are not currently available In Stock. Valid for items marked as "Pre-order" on our webshop, subject to availability.
2. The stock for a Pre-order item will arrive between 14-21 business days* after order confirmation and payment.
3. We guarantee immediate shipment (within 2 business days) upon the arrival of pre-order items. A tracking ID of your package will be provided for your tracking convenience.

1. Full advance payment including shipping cost is required to lock in a pre-order.
2. We do our best to bring the best online shopping experience and good customer service to all shoppers. Nevertheless, it is not advisable to pre-order any item/s if you require them almost immediately. We do have a substantial range of Nici Ready Stock for your immediate purchase.
